The Vortech Supercharger for C5 or Z06 Corvette includes the following items and or components:
V2 CCW rotation SC-trim SQ supercharger- uses 6-rib 3.60" pulley and secondary cog drive (30T/30T).
Produces 7 psi at 5750 rpm.
Air/water charge air cooler.
Welded charge air cooler core assembly with aluminum discharge tube.
Bosch compressor bypass valve.
Silicone sleeves and stainless steel hose clamps.
Charge air cooler water storage tank with hoses, clamps and plumbing.
Compact water circulation pump for closed loop cooling.
Water cooler.
Fuel system upgrades- larger fuel injectors.
Supercharger drive system- includes all necessary belts and pulleys, cast aluminum mounting bracket for power steering pump and supercharger, anodized billet mounting plate assembly relocates alternator and spring tensioner.
Molded inlet duct retains stock air box/ MAF location.
Oil drain and oil feed assembly- allows for maintenance free operation.
Kit allows retention of all vehicle accessories.
Hand-held programmer is included but custom tuning is mandatory for kits installed on vehicles with other performance items installed.
Installation time, apprx 16-24 hours.
Flywheel horsepower: stock-- (HP/TQ) 345/350; supercharged-- (HP/TQ) 494/473.
