Includes hardware and detailed, full-color installation instructions. 50-state emissions legal. Limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own your C6.
Touring Systems include Sport to Touring conversion kit (intermediate
section with baffles).
The SPORT exhaust system is tuned for a deep, aggressive, and appealing tone when wanted. The net result is the engine makes more horsepower and torque due to straight through design, and produces a great sound with no interior resonance. We have yet to see a manufacturer match Corsas performance on these four characteristics (+ HP, + Torque, no resonance, great sound). In addition, you will also experience some trailing throttle noise (or burble) on deceleration, so do not be surprised when your audience thinks you are driving a race car. Sound level may exceed local legislated sound levels for street use in three states: CA, WA and ME. Sport C6 systems are intended for track or off-road use in these states only.
The TOURING exhaust system is much quieter and complies with the CA, ME & WA 95-decibel limit when tested in accordance with SAE test procedure, J1169 (May 1998).
The XTREME exhaust system was developed from the hugely popular C6 Sport exhaust and "kicked it up a notch" with a deeper tone at idle and 2-3dB louder outside under throttle. This system delivers the most aggressive tone yet, while still controlling the interior sound level. Acoustically approved for manual transmission cars only at this time.
