Borla produces a premium T-304 aircraft grade stainless steel header system to replace the restrictive factory cast-iron exhaust manifolds with full-length head pipes on the C5 and Z06 Corvette. Turning the front half of your exhaust system into a high-flowing power producer with improved gas mileage. Headers have thick 3/8 inch header flanges. Any and all required emissions fittings, gaskets and hardware are included. Manufactured from high quality T304 stainless steel with one million mile warranty! Manufacturer claims 20hp / 25 ft lbs trq gain at flywheel. Installation: header(s) are made to bolt on with no welding or cutting. Tech notes: 50 states smog legal. Only available for 2000-2004 C5 or Z06 Corvette.
